The starting point for each product is quality and individual creativity. Every piece is designed by local artists in your region. We produce each piece on a made-to-order basis.
This is core to our zero-waste lifestyle and our commitment to reducing our waste footprint. From the product to the packaging, everything is biodegradable and made using sustainable methods.

Our artists come from all walks of life, each with their own unique style expressed through their art. We work closely with each artist on their collections and have extremely high standards for the pieces we produce.

How long will my order take?
Local deliveries will take approximately 7-14 business days, not including weekends or Public Holidays. International shipping will take approximately 15-24 business days.
Are your products unisex / what is your sizing like?
We have Men’s and Women’s sizing for our pieces. In addition, each piece has a specific cut that complements the style of artwork. For a more precise fit, check out our Size Chart.
Our Pullover products are meant to be unisex.
How do I take care of my INK08 products?
We put a lot of effort in producing each piece and take great pride in seeing you wear them. To maximize the longevity of your piece, check out our care guide for all products here.

Which shipping options do you offer?
We currently only ship within Singapore using standard shipping methods.
Standard delivery – 7-14 working days

Are VAT/tax and duties included in the given price?
When ordering outside Singapore, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Once your return has been initiated and reached our warehouse, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your balance before issuing your refund.
What is your return policy?
- Products must be returned within 30 days after the order has been received.
- Products must be returned in their original condition.
- All returns must include the original packaging.
Can i return an item bought on sale?
All items including sale can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
How do I return my order?
1. Contact Customer Service to initiate a Return
2. Once received and QC has been done at the Warehouse, your return will be fully processed within 14 business days. We will deduct the return fee from your balance and issue you a full refund on the rest of your order.
Can I return my products for an exchange?
If you would like a different style, size or colour - simply return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order online.
What should I do if I have refused / missed the delivery and my package is being returned to sender?
Parcels that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund you will receive when the return has been processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot resend your package once it has been returned to us - a new order must be placed.
Something is wrong with my order, who do I contact?
Where's my order / can I track the delivery process?
If you have not yet received a tracking email, it’s most likely that your order has not yet been shipped. If you believe that you should have received a tracking you can check your spam filter to see if the email has accidentally ended up there.
Can I change / cancel my order? (Wrong Style/Size/Address)
Contact us immediately here or slide into our DMs on Instagram@ink0.8. We will do our best to help you out. Unfortunately if the order has already gone through and the piece is produced and shipped, you will have to either receive and return it to us.
Alternatively, you could give it so someone else, take a picture and tag us. We’ll send you something nice in return.
Why didn't I receive my order confirmation?
If no money has been deducted from your account - your order was not fully completed and you need to place your order once again.
If the money has been deducted from your account and you’re still not getting a confirmation email there can be several reasons for why the email has not reached you:
- Always make sure that the email address is correct (duh) but an incorrect email address is still the most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation.
- Another reason may also be that your email provider has applied a SPAM filter on your inbox that blocks certain emails.
My tracking link doesn't work, what's wrong?
If you have just received your tracking it’s most likely that your order has not yet been scanned by our carrier. Please wait at least 12h.
